Features & Functionality Included

Our licensing Plans are based on the total number of live, in-person Events – either Tours or Talks – that a campus gives during an annual contract. For example, a campus that purchases a license for 250 Events per year could use Campus Pro Tours for 150 in-person guided Tours and use Campus Pro Talks for 100 in-person Talks (lectures, information sessions, presentations, or classes). There is no limit to the number of Events that can be given in a particular day or week during the year. Each plan defines the total number of Events that can be given within a 52-week period. While Talks and Tours don’t have a time limit built into the technology, an Event is expected to last no more than 100 minutes. Events that run longer than 100 minutes will be counted as another Event. For example, a four-hour presentation using Campus Pro Talks would las 240 minutes and therefore count as three Events.

A typical annual license runs from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. Partial year and multi-year contracts are available. Partial year contracts will be pro-rated. If a campus’s Event count goes beyond the allotted license total during the license term, a per-Event fee will be charged for each additional Event beyond the limit. The campus will be billed at the end of the term for all additional Events exceeding the Plan limit using the single Event cost for the plan (for example, the 250 Event plan has a cost of $10 per Event – $2500/250). If a campus exceeds their total Event allotment prior to the end of the contract, the campus could choose to upgrade to a higher Event count plan and pay the difference in plan price instead of incurring the per-Event fee.

If an institution or university system has multiple physical campuses, each campus will need its own license with each Plan determined by the respective weekly Event count expectation. The pricing above reflects the annual cost for a single campus license. This campus pricing can include multiple programs – such as undergraduate and graduate programs. But if campus Events are coordinated and organized from separate admissions offices or departments, you may wish to have separate licenses for each program in order to simplify administration, accounts, and reporting. In this case, pricing for each program would be determined by the respective Event volume for the plans they choose.
